Good Fences, Creek Bottom - Rolling Hills- Good deep draws for shelter.

The grass has not been grazed since 2004 and there is about 320 acres of crop ground that got hailed out one month before harvest. Oats - Barley - Wheat.

The Pasture in some parts consists of a wild seed mixture and crescent wheat and
 native grasses. 

Fencing - Mineral - Herd management - Hay. Is important , We do have local Ranchers who are selling hay near by.

We will ride the fences before you enter.

The Pricing For Cattle Starts at $20.00 a head. You feed your  Hay. 

 

If you need your cattle Managed it will be $30.00 per AMU.  

We will help feed your hay and mineral plus doctor sick cattle and look for any strays.

First and Last month Pasture Rent is due upon arrival.

From then on a Monthly Payment will be asked until the livestock are ready to leave.

 Current Brand Inspections and Healths if your coming across the county lines.
